Polytragent provides AI-powered research, whale tracking, copy trading signals, and automated trade execution tools for the Polymarket prediction market platform. The Service is available via a Telegram bot and web interface, with free and paid subscription tiers (Degen Mode at $79.99/month).
Polytragent is a non-custodial service. We do not control, manage, hold, or have access to your funds, wallets, or private keys. Your wallet private keys are encrypted client-side and stored in encrypted form. We cannot access, recover, or transfer your assets. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your wallet and funds at all times.

Nothing provided by Polytragent constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions.
AI-generated research, edge scores, buy/hold recommendations, and whale tracking data are algorithmic outputs and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Past performance, including win rates displayed on the Service, is not indicative of future results.
Prediction market trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Cryptocurrency and prediction market trading are highly volatile and speculative. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred.

All payments for Degen Mode subscriptions are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, market losses, technical issues, or early cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, but no prorated or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that prediction market trading is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

All content, features, functionality, branding, and technology of the Service are owned by Polytragent and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polytragent, its operators, developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of funds, loss of data, trading losses, or any other financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if Polytragent has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated research, whale tracking data, or trading signals.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Polytragent and its operators, developers, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
The Service interacts with third-party platforms including Polymarket, Polygon network, Telegram, Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
